Chief Financial Officer

Andrew is a seasoned finance executive with deep experience across global finance, chemicals and engineering roles supporting multi-billion-dollar businesses, major integrations and strategic transactions.

He weas previously CFO in Seatex LLC, a custom chemical manufacturing business and prior to that was CFO of ALTIVIA, a chemical manufacturing company with five plants in the United States and previously was with Dow Chemicals Company for over twenty years. His experience includes executing growth strategies and end-to-end finance solutions while significantly scaling businesses. Combining deep technical, operational and financial expertise, he brings strong experience in transformation, deal execution and value creation in complex industrial environments.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science in Finance. He will be based in the United States.
