President Jervois Brasil

Carlos has led Jervois’ São Miguel Paulista since 2022 and has over 25 years industry experience in executive and leadership roles.

Carlos joined Jervois from Morro Verde Fertilizer, where he was Chief Executive Officer. Carlos spent three years at McKinsey in São Paulo where he advised clients on operational transformation and optimization across a range of industries including fertilizer, rare earth and base metals. Earlier roles include Chief Operating Officer for Meridian Mining; Vice President Operations for MbAC Fertilizer.

Carlos holds a Master’s degree of Business Administration from Cornell University in the United States.
