Karen has been with Jervois since 2022 and in a full time capacity since 2025.

Karen has extensive experience supporting global mining organizations through growth, transformation, and operational change. She has held senior HR leadership roles with Placer Dome, Golden Star Resources, and Harte Gold, and has also worked as an independent HR consultant.

Karen brings deep expertise across all key areas of human resources, including compensation and benefits, talent and performance management, organizational design, leadership development, and HR governance.
